TECHNOLOGY
 
The mixed fabrics in the Premier range were designed for antistatic clothing which needed to be resilient and strong. The fabrics can be washed at 85ºÑ. The clothing keeps its original shape throughout its whole lifecycle: the fabric is not subject to pilling, keeps its shape stability, minimal shrinkage and good colour fastness. Guarantee period is 3 years.

- Tensile strength, not less than: warp 1000N, weft 650N (Premier 180À), warp 1200N, weft 800N (Premier 210À), warp 1300N, weft 1300N (Premier 250À); can be washed over 5000 times (Premier 180À), 6000 times (Premier 210À), 7500 times (Premier 250À)
- Shrinkage not more than 1% in warp and weft
- Hygroscopicity is not less than 4.5%, air permeability not less than 80 dm³/m² sec (Premier 180À) and 40 dm³/m² sec (Premier 210À and 250À)
- Vat dying: colour fastness to washing - 5/5, to rubbing - 4/4, to light - 7

The antistatic fibres Premier-Comfort 220A and Premier-Comfort 250A stand out for their high cotton content and, consequently, high hygroscopicity. Washes are allowed at 85ºÑ. The appearance of the clothing stays the same throughout its lifecycle: no pilling, minimal shrinkage, good colour fastness. Guarantee period is 3 years.
