All Tchaikovsky Textile fabrics are produced from raw materials of high quality. The balanced composition and structure of fabrics provide high parameters of strength: tensile strength and resistance to abrasion.
Sanforization process - deliberate shrinkage of fabric by mechanical means - is applied in production of fabrics, . Therefore, clothes made from Tchaikovsky Textile fabrics keep their original sizes throughout the entire lifecycle. The level of shrinkage of fabrics does not exceed 0.5 - 1.5% depending on the kind of fabric.
The finishing techniques give fabrics an improved feel: the fabrics are nice for touch, flexible, low-creasing and drape well.
The comfort is provided by high indicators for air permeability and hygroscopicity. The free formaldehyde content in Tchaikovsky Textile fabrics does not exceed 75 mcg/g (according to GOST standards, this is to be 300 mcg/g). That’s why our fabric does not cause any allergic reactions and is safe for health. Tchaikovsky Textile fabrics are certified according to the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 for safety class 2 (textile products that have contact with the skin).
The use of vat dyes guarantees maximum color fastness to the sunlight effect, r acid solutions, alkalis and mechanical friction. The fabric can bear up to 100 washing cycles.
